It depends on the certification and how much time you can commit each week. Most certifications take between six and sixteen weeks of focused coaching. Your exact timeline gets mapped out in your free consultation based on your specific situation.

We talk through the certification or program you are targeting, your current background, and how many hours a week you can realistically commit. From there, we outline what a coaching plan would look like and what it would cost. There is no obligation to continue after this call.

Most students meet weekly, though this can be adjusted based on your timeline and how quickly you want to move. Some students preparing for a near term exam date choose more frequent sessions.

Your coach tracks your performance on practice exams and diagnostic checks throughout your coaching. We tell you honestly when your scores and understanding indicate you are ready, and we tell you honestly when they don't, even if that means pushing your exam date back.

Yes. WGU runs on a competency based model, meaning your pace through the program depends on how quickly you demonstrate mastery of each unit. We coach you through the material itself, which often lets students move through terms faster than they would studying alone.

For example, AWS Cloud Practitioner is a common first step before Solutions Architect Associate, and CompTIA Security+ often leads into CySA+ or PenTest+ for students moving deeper into cybersecurity.
