Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of www.itcertguide.com (the “Site”) and any exam-sitting or related work you hire Itcertguide (“we,” “us”) to do (the “Service”). By using the Site or booking a sitting, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

1. Who we are

Itcertguide quotes and delivers IT certification exam sittings and related WGU assessments. Specialists complete the exam or assessment under the account you designate. The Site is a brochure and intake form; it is not a self-serve account portal.

2. The Service

After a free consultation we may quote a specific sitting: certification or assessment, date, platform, and price. Work starts only if you accept that quote.

The Service typically includes scheduling support and a specialist sitting the exam or assessment during the session you start on your account. Details for your sitting are in the quote we send you, not in a published price list.

We do not guarantee that any certification body, testing vendor, employer, or school permits this arrangement. You are responsible for reading and following those rules. If a vendor cancels a result, suspends an account, or takes other action, that is a risk you accept by hiring us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate contact information. If the sitting uses your exam account, you are responsible for that account and for anything you share with us in order to complete the sitting.

4. Quotes and payment

The consultation is free and does not require payment details.
Prices are custom. A quote is for the sitting described in it. If the exam, date, or platform changes, we requote before work continues.
Payment terms (amount, method, timing, and any payment plan) are in the quote. The Site does not charge cards or run subscriptions.
Fees for a sitting you accepted are earned when we perform the work we quoted. Refunds, if any, are only as stated in your quote or as required by law.
If we fail to deliver a pass for a reason on our side, we retake that sitting at no extra cost until the quoted outcome is delivered, as described in your quote.

5. Confidentiality

We do not contact your employer, school, or a certifying body about the arrangement except as needed to sit the exam on the account you provide, or as required by law. You still decide what you tell others.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

You may not use the Site to break the law, attack or overload the Site, scrape it in a way that harms availability, submit malware, or impersonate someone else on the contact form.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, layout, logos, and graphics belong to Itcertguide or our licensors. You may not copy the Site for a competing service. You keep ownership of information you submit; you grant us a license to use it to quote and deliver the Service.

8. Third-party services

Exam vendors, Pearson VUE, WGU, WhatsApp, Tawk.to, email, and hosting providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their platforms, outages, or policy decisions.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

A passing score, badge, or credential is issued by the vendor, not by us. We do not warrant employment, admission, or that a credential will remain valid after the vendor’s own review.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, credentials, or exam eligibility.

Our total liability for a sitting will not exceed the amount you paid us for that sitting. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may refuse a quote, cancel a sitting that has not been paid as agreed, or block abuse of the Site. Sections that should survive (including 2, 4, 7, 9, 10, and 12) remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms. For an accepted quote, the Terms in effect when you accepted apply to that sitting unless we both agree otherwise.
